Don't hide incompatible device frames

I have a video which is iPad ratio but I guess it’s not perfect so I can’t choose iPad. It would be better if the app displayed all frame options with recommendations at the top and the ratio requirements (shape) for each frame. You could have a setting to opt-in to this behaviour.
